Dear BOOST family,
We have encouraging news on our recovery, which has moved at breakneck pace since the last update!
Thanks to the unrelenting efforts of our staff, and the know-how and professionalism of the outside contractors (ServPro), we are making meaningful progress with mitigation throughout the BOOST campus — and getting one step closer to welcoming you back.
With nearly all of the demo now completed and the debris discarded, the salvageable equipment, furnishings, and other assets are being secured as we proceed with the all-important deep cleaning. Fans and air scrubbers are fully engaged non-stop, shifting from location to location as affected areas are deemed ready for rebuild. From the fitness floor to the gymnastics spaces, from the X3PPT to the Chefology kitchen to the FieldHouse, it's been incredible — and inspiring! — to witness the coordinated teamwork of so many to help get us back up and running.
We can’t offer a firm date for reopening, at least not yet, but will share that news as soon as we can do so with confidence.
Meanwhile, a couple of reminders: We continue to ask that you refrain from entering the BOOST building or property. Also, if you are interested in volunteering, which we greatly appreciate, we encourage you to pre-register here.
Finally, we do hope, during this period, that you make use of the workout and pool facilities at nearby Gordon Jewish Community Center, 801 Percy Warner Boulevard. Their website is www.nashvillejcc.org
Thanks as always to our members, gymnastic families, and partners for your greatly appreciated patience and support!
