S.T.A.R.T. kicks off with a biomechanical review, assessing and correcting current form, before we help you establish specially customized workouts that evolve as your strength and endurance develop.

The package includes eight sessions, as well as four Small Group Training sessions or Pilates Group activities. We think of it as a key introduction to our signature coaching offerings and Small Group Training— what BOOST does better than anyone.

S.T.A.R.T. also emphasizes accountability through pre-scheduled sessions and puts a premium on open communication. You and your coach are a team —a winning team—from start to finish!

10-Week BOOST

For those wanting a total body transformation, 10-Week BOOST is a highly structured journey of strength, cardio and nutritional coaching that requires a positive mindset and a willingness to be accountable. In return, you will learn and implement tools and strategies that not only help create a new you, but also put you on track for lifelong results. 10-Week BOOST begins with “The Solution,” a thorough on-site assessment of your current physical status to eliminate guesswork in customizing the training to fit individual needs.


The Six

A newer, shorter version of the popular 10-Week BOOST, The Six offers the same rigorous, results-driven approach to improved fitness and nutrition, but over a shorter time span. As with 10-Week BOOST, The Six starts with “The Solution,” a thorough on-site assessment of your current physical status to develop a personalized roadmap for real and lasting changes.


BOOST Performance

Offered in the Fieldhouse, BOOST’s signature indoor sports arena with 30,000 square feet of high quality turf, these up-tempo, 60-minute classes target young people interested in becoming better athletes or simply getting in better shape. Ages range from 8 to 18-and-over. Focus is on power, speed, conditioning, flexibility and nutrition.
